To prevent any misunderstand between us the seller and you the buyer, we have set down the following TERMS AND CONDITION of sale/purchase.
Our website is an online platform for the viewing and sale of goods to retail and wholesale customers. This does not mean that it has everything we stock but rather as much as we could facilitate for our online customers.
We have a home boutique based in Overport, Durban with a limited range available for viewing in Pietermaritzburg. Details of our location as well as appointments for viewing can be arranged via whatsapp or a call. We will try our best to accommodate our customers, but due to the nature of how we trade, viewing may not always be available. Viewing is strictly for females only.

PAYMENTS
All products on the Al Hijaab Collection online boutique are priced in South African Rands (ZAR). We currently do not offer online payments via the website but only via Electronic transfer or cash on collection.
SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
You have the right to fair and honest dealing when ordering products. Even though we keep reasonable quantities of all products in stock and it is our fullest intention to provide the products ordered, it may be that the demand for the products exceeds our reasonable expectations to the extent that we may have a shortage of stock due to circumstances beyond our control and as a result of which we may not have the products or the quantity thereof in stock to perform your order. Accordingly, all orders are subject to availability of products and furthermore we reserve the right to limit your order in respect of quantity. You will be notified in the case of the above.
HOW TO ORDER AND TIME FRAME OF ORDERING PROCESS
Please note if you are ordering via the website and have not received a response we suggest you whatsapp us to ensure we have received your order request 074 147 3487
- Orders may be placed via this website (easiest method by selection), or WHATSAPP 0741473487 by sending us the code/description or picture of the item, size and colour (if there are other colours or sizes are mentioned), and we will reply regarding the availability of the item. If available banking details will be sent to you, so you may arrange payment via EFT.. Cash deposits will only be accepted if the bank charges are paid by the customer.
- You have 72 hours (unless otherwise stated) to do an electronic transfer or to pick up from us in Durban, or Pietermaritzburg especially on-sale items or items that are limited in quantities. (request address if you want to pick up. We accept cash).
- We have the right to sell an item you reserved if payment/collection is not made timeously.
- Orders are despatched within 1-14 working days on confirmation of payment (unless otherwise stated) and it has reflected in our bank. Urgent orders can be accommodated if it is within our capacity and can be discussed further.
- Items that are not in stock will only be shipped once we have received all products from our suppliers or you will be notified in a case of not being able to restock in which case, you will be offered a refund or exchange.
- Final Confirmation of your order will only be done once payment has been made.
- No cancellations allowed as once you confirm an order it has been reserved/sold to you.
- If you in the Durban or Pietermaritzburg (or surrounding) areas, you may arrange for a personal viewing of purchases and pick up directly from us.

If you require your item to be couriered, an additional postage/courier charge will apply. Shipping charges depends on the weight of the item which could range from R70 upwards to Major cities. Outlying areas may incur an additional charge. Feel free to enquire regarding your area as well as delivery time frame or view our shipping info
PRICING
We reserve the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason.
AL HIJAAB COLLECTION will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.
Prices may differ online to in-store.
Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- Please note that all images are only representations of the original item, the actual colour/tone of the item may differ from the pictures provided due to camera flash/lighting, monitor resolution etc.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Whilst every care is taken to ensure your product is not defective in any way before delivery, We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected. This includes any damage or defect in the products packaging.
Due to not being able to physical consult or view, sizes may not be accurate and we can only guide via a whatsapp consult or call based on info given, however due to different cuts/styles of garments and body sizes and structures being unique, it must be understood by the customer that a wrong fit does not entitle the buyer for a free return delivery charges nor a right to automatically return.
The choice of refunding or replacing the item will be made by AL HIJAAB COLLECTION. The buyer loses the right to a refund or exchange if we are not informed with 24 hours and we will not replace the goods.
The Buyer should examine the goods immediately upon receiving to check that goods conform to what has been ordered.
If you have any problems with the items once received, please notify us within 24 hours and you may return/exchange within three days of receiving (courier to be paid by you). Where Goods are received back in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, you will be refunded the full amount less cost of delivery within 30 days.
Al Hijaab Collection will not exchange or refund products which have been damaged/altered due to an action of the purchaser. This includes wearing (with the exception of trying on for size), washing, ironing, normal wear and tear, storage of products etc.
In the event of a product being returned, courier costs are for the account of the purchaser unless the return is as a result of an error on the part of Al Hijaab Collection
Al Hijaab Collection is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
OWNERSHIP
The goods enter into the ownership of the buyer when the customer’s has been charged. Al Hijaab Collection will not be responsible for theft, damage and loss once the item has left our premises that includes during transit via courier or any other means of transporting the order to you.
Our terms and conditions are subject to change, we reserve the right to withdraw and amend these accordingly.
